Welcome to the Winnsboro Housing Authority’s optional GovCard payment system!

Using the QR code or clicking the link below, you will be redirected to a secure website to pay your rent or any fees due to WHA using a credit card, debit card, or checking /savings account. There is an associated fee that goes to GovCard that will be assessed if you choose to use this service.

This is COMPLETELY optional. You may continue to pay your rent and fees via personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. As always, no cash is accepted.

Your Customer ID for the GovCard site is the numeric part of your address (for example, an address of 612 Autumn has a customer number of 612).

Then just fill out the rest of the information requested from GovCard and submit. You will receive a payment confirmation from the site immediately, and the Office will get a receipt to you within ten business days.

Please contact the WHA Office during office hours (Monday through Friday 9AM to 1PM) if you have any questions. However, WHA staff will NOT be able to process credit card payments for you. You must process them directly with the GovCard website accessed from the link below.
