Winnsboro Housing Authority is dedicated to making sure your maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. Tenants may report an issue via one of the following methods:

- Call the office at 903-342-6977. If it is outside of office hours please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned in the order it was received.
- In person at 612 Autumn. If it is outside office hours please drop your request in the drop slot of the office door.
